The ideal candidate will have exposure in a range of residential and commercial real estate matters with Experience in suburban and urban commercial and residential real estate development. Experience in common interest developments is helpful. Top candidates will have excellent drafting and research skills and excellent attention to detail. Associates on the team thrive when they are both client and team centric as well as being self-starters and adaptable. This position is open to candidates who can work from one of our California offices (San Diego, Del Mar, Orange County, or Silicon Valley). This position requires California bar admission and excellent academic credentials. Typical salary range is from $165,000 to $210,000 base depending on experience, plus significant bonus opportunities for attorneys of all levels.
