In this role, you will enjoy working directly with our highly experienced and well regarded partners and a high performing team of associates, but you will also be part of the wider Sydney Corporate team, and our larger global Corporate team. We are looking for an individual with 2 to 5 PQE with a track record of M&A and ECM experience (experience with ASX listing rule is a must). To succeed in this role, you will be keen to roll up your sleeves and get involved. You will be bright, self-motivated, have a high-level attention to detail, be commercially savvy, entrepreneurial, and a strong communicator. You will be able to work autonomously and in a team environment. You will also need to have a genuine passion for the law.
