Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting an experienced associate to join the Product Liability & Mass Torts practice group in our Los Angeles/ San Francisco office. Attorneys in the group represent leaders in a wide variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, medical device, food, agribusiness, and automotive. Our associates receive hands-on training and experience managing discovery and going to trial on interesting and complex matters. Our ideal candidate will have four to six years of litigation experience, including deposition and substantive brief writing experience. Knowledge of and experience with California state and federal civil procedure is preferred. Product liability, mass tort, MDL, team management, and/or trial experience in California is a plus. California bar admission is required. The anticipated initial annual salary range for someone who is hired into this position is $270,000– $315,000 Actual initial salary may be above or below the above-identified range and will be based on the relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, including the location of where the position is filled and consistent with applicable law.
