We are looking to add an Associate Attorney to our Construction Defect team with excellent research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills, interested in working on exciting and cutting-edge cases. This position will collaborate with senior attorneys, other associates, and legal staff in developing case management strategies for complex legal issues. A license to practice law in the state of Colorado is required. Our ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of progressive civil litigation experience (motions briefing, taking, and defending depositions, arguing motions, and trial or arbitration experience). SALARY RANGE: $90,000 – $130,000, salary within the range is commensurate with the candidate’s level of experience.
