Commercial Litigation Associate - Los Angeles

Offit Kurman is seeking a senior litigation associate to join our Los Angeles office.

Position Details:

We are looking for candidates with strong defense-side commercial litigation experience. Ideal candidates will have:

• 7+ years of commercial litigation expeirence.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Ability to take and defend depositions and appear in court
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Active California bar license
• Salary range of $150K-$200K+

These positions are based in downtown Los Angeles. After an initial period, a partial hybrid schedule may be considered
