Insurance Defense Associate

Cozen O'Connor seeks an associate with at least five years of personal injury insurance defense experience to join the firm's Miami office. The ideal candidate will have experience handling product liability, premises liability, and catastrophic injury claims. The candidate will also have litigation experience, including taking depositions, attending court hearings, and drafting and arguing motions. Strong research and writing skills and excellent academic credentials are required. Admission to Florida Bar required.
