The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in general bankruptcy litigation, including discovery and claim objections, and excellent research and writing skills. Experience in complex Chapter 11 plan and asset sale litigation is a plus. Stellar academics and California bar admission required. Hybrid work environment available. The target annual pay range for this role in Los Angeles o is $200,000-285,000.Positions outside of CA will be subject to annual pay ranges specific to the market for that particular geographic location. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors.
