Levenfeld Pearlstein (LP) is currently seeking a partner level employment attorney with 10+ years of employment law experience to join its highly collaborative Employment and Executive Compensation Group. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience counseling employers on issues relating to compliance with federal, state and local employment laws, negotiating and drafting employment agreements and other employment documents, and strategizing with companies on employee-related decisions. Experience with executive compensation, traditional labor matters, the employment aspects of corporate transactions, and/or representation of senior executives is a plus. A portable book of business of $500,000 is preferred.
