Farella Braun + Martel LLP is considered the premier law firm in the wine industry. From our offices in St. Helena in the heart of the Napa Valley and in San Francisco, the firm offers clients the resources of a large, urban law firm with the specialized knowledge, approach and contacts of a local practice. We are seeking an associate or more experienced attorney for our wine industry practice. The applicant could initially work from either our St. Helena or San Francisco office but in either case would be expected to spend substantial time in Napa Valley and ultimately reside there. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial background and experience with corporate and/or real estate transactions, land use or real estate development. Prior experience in, or connections to, the wine industry is helpful, but not required, as the new hire would be expected to be committed to the wine industry and dedicated to being part of our broadly focused wine practice.
