King & Spalding seeks a junior associate for its Trial & Global Disputes group with a focus on consumer & economic loss class actions, product liability and toxic torts. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials; New York bar admission; excellent research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills; and an eagerness to work as part of a collaborative team representing large companies in complex tort, products liability, environmental, commercial litigation, and investigatory matters. This group provides strategic counsel in large scale “bet the company” litigation; resolves high volumes of cases in a variety of mass litigation contexts and also serves as national coordinating counsel for clients with litigation in various jurisdictions nationwide.
