The successful candidate will have immediate opportunities to be an integral member of experienced trial teams that actually try cases. The associate will be expected to take depositions; argue motions; prepare witness examinations; prepare pre-trial motions, including summary judgment motions and motions in limine; prepare jury instructions; and participate in trials. The position requires excellent academic credentials, California bar admission, strong written and oral advocacy skills, and stand-up litigation experience.
