This junior to mid-level attorney will provide global support for Dimensional’s non-regulatory contracts. </div> <div></div> <div> Responsibilities: </div> <ul> <li> Review and negotiate global information technology agreements, data license agreements and other license arrangements.</li> <li> Review and negotiate hospitality agreements related to Dimensional’s global conferences.</li> <li> Closely support our corporate services department by reviewing and negotiating leasing and maintenance service contracts related to leasing and maintenance of Dimensional’s real estate interests.</li> <li> Review and negotiate offer letters, speaker engagement agreements, consulting agreements, non-disclosure agreements and other agreements with third party service providers.</li> <li> Assist with Contracts Committee process and perform additional responsibilities as requested.</li> </ul> <div></div> <div> Qualifications: </div> <ul> <li> 3-5 years of experience with contracts of all types, preferably having practiced in a top-tier law firm or in-house corporate/funds legal department</li> <li> Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li> Detail oriented with strong organization skills</li> <li> Able to work well in a team environment; experience working in a hybrid environment preferred</li> <li> Self-motivated to meet deadlines and deliverables for multiple projects</li> <li> Member of a US state bar; Texas bar preferred</li> <li> JD from a top law school</li> <li> Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li> </ul> <div></div> <div> #LI-Hybrid </div> <div></div> <div> <br> Dimensional offers a variety of programs to help take care of you, your family, and your career, including comprehensive benefits, educational initiatives, and special celebrations of our history, culture, and growth. </div> <div></div> <div> It is the policy of the Company to provide equal employment opportunity for all applicants and employees.
