<div>
Dimensional's Legal department is an in-house team of client-focused attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants who partner with internal business clients and external counsel to help provide legal expertise across business functions, legal systems, and jurisdictions. This junior to mid-level attorney will provide global support for Dimensional’s non-regulatory contracts.

Responsibilities:
</div>
<ul>
<li> Review and negotiate global information technology agreements, data license agreements and other license arrangements.</li>
<li> Review and negotiate hospitality agreements related to Dimensional’s global conferences.</li>
<li> Closely support our corporate services department by reviewing and negotiating leasing and maintenance service contracts related to leasing and maintenance of Dimensional’s real estate interests.</li>
<li> Review and negotiate offer letters, speaker engagement agreements, consulting agreements, non-disclosure agreements and other agreements with third party service providers.</li>
<li> Assist with Contracts Committee process and perform additional responsibilities as requested.</li>

Qualifications:
</div>
<ul>
<li> 3-5 years of experience with contracts of all types, preferably having practiced in a top-tier law firm or in-house corporate/funds legal department</li>
<li> Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li> Detail oriented with strong organization skills</li>
<li> Able to work well in a team environment; experience working in a hybrid environment preferred</li>
<li> Self-motivated to meet deadlines and deliverables for multiple projects</li>
<li> Member of a US state bar; Texas bar preferred</li>
<li> JD from a top law school</li>
<li> Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li>
