Duties The U.S. House of Representatives, Office of House Employment Counsel, has an opening for a junior-level Associate Counsel. This position provides legal counsel in a non-partisan fashion to employing offices of the House of Representatives on employment and labor law matters, under the general supervision of the Counsel.
