<b>Duties</b>
<p>The U.S. House of Representatives, Office of House Employment Counsel, has an opening for a junior-level Associate Counsel. This position provides legal counsel in a non-partisan fashion to employing offices of the House of Representatives on employment and labor law matters, under the general supervision of the Counsel. </p>

<b>Qualifications</b>
The successful applicant must have knowledge of federal employment laws, a minimum of one year of litigation experience, and the ability to work in a team-oriented work environment. Must have a law degree and be a member in good standing of the bar of the highest court of any state.
