The Boston Office of Seyfarth Shaw seeks a Corporate/Real Estate Associate with 2-4 years of general corporate, commercial real estate, and banking and finance experience. The ideal candidate will have transactional experience with real estate and commercial finance transactions, including asset-based lending, working capital and equipment loan facilities, real estate financings, and workouts/restructurings as well as entity formation and structuring, M&A deal work, and other general corporate experience. Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills required.
