Warner Norcross + Judd LLP has an immediate opening for an Estate and Trust Settlement Staff Attorney in any of our firm’s nine Michigan offices. This position will have an important role in ensuring that estates and trusts are settled efficiently and in accordance with relevant laws, including by communicating with clients, beneficiaries, and other interested parties; preparing accountings, inventories, and tax forms; managing deadlines; and organizing and managing the settlement process. Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school Licensed in good standing or willing to become licensed to practice law in the state of Michigan 2+ years of experience as an estate planning and/or estate administration attorney Law firm, bank, or other professional services firm experience strongly preferred
