Job Description: Whiteford’s growing Richmond, Virginia office is seeking an associate with 2-5 years to join the firm’s Business Litigation team in the Richmond office. Admission to the Virginia State Bar is required. The ideal candidate will have substantial business, complex and general litigation experience, including experience with trials, motions practice, discovery, and settlement. Excellent academic credentials and exceptional research, analytical, written and oral communication skills are a must. Clerkship experience is a plus as is experience advocating before administrative bodies or in arbitration.
