For a client-service oriented individual seeking to take a senior role in sophisticated corporate transactions, this is a great opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to a growing practice in a collaborative, collegial, and inclusive environment. Candidates with the below experience and credentials are encouraged to apply: 4-6 years of experience working on mergers, acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, joint ventures, and similar transactions; Success taking on a senior role in running a deal, including drafting primary transaction agreements, negotiating with opposing counsel, and supervising junior associates; Experience advising public and/or private companies on securities law matters, including capital-raising transactions and compliance, is a plus; A law degree and active bar admission are required. The estimated salary range for this position is $220,000-$245,000, commensurate with experience. We offer our attorneys a hybrid work arrangement that embraces flexibility.
