Winston & Strawn is seeking a Mid-Level eDiscovery Attorney (2–5 years of experience) to support litigation teams and clients across all phases of the eDiscovery lifecycle. The role includes advising on workflows, search terms, and productions; leveraging tools like Relativity, Brainspace, and AI-assisted review; and performing hands-on document review and QC. Candidates should have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This position offers direct client exposure, mentorship opportunities, and the chance to develop as a subject-matter expert while contributing to strategy, training, and firmwide innovation in eDiscovery. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.
