Associate Attorney – Corporate, Banking & Real Estate (3–6 Years Experience)

Our firm is seeking a talented Associate Attorney with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in corporate business transactions, banking, and real estate, with the ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively with partners and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, loan documents, and real estate agreements
• Advise clients on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions
• Support banking clients with regulatory, compliance, and transactional needs
• Handle commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leases, and financings
• Work directly with clients, providing timely and practical legal guidance

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in Connecticut (or eligibility for admission)
• 3–6 years of experience in corporate, banking, and/or real estate matters
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
