Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a highly motivated commercial real estate attorney to join the Real Estate Practice Group. In this practice, the selected applicant will be working with experienced real estate attorneys in representing commercial lenders, private developers, companies which have real estate needs ancillary to their primary businesses, and large land owners. Qualifications: Candidate should have 3-4 years of general transactional real estate experience. Demonstrated understanding of commercial real estate transactions. Demonstrated capacity for independently managing complex real estate transactions. Excellent academic credentials, oral and writing skills and references. We are considering candidates for our Phoenix, AZ and Los Angeles, CA office locations. Must be licensed or eligible to be immediately licensed in the state you are practicing. Compensation: $215,000 – $275,000 a year is the estimated salary range for this role. Actual compensation can vary and may be above or below the range based on qualifications and experience. Additional incentives may be applicable. The salary range for other firm locations will align with market rates.
