The Restructuring & Insolvency practice group is looking to hire a mid-level associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our Dallas office with a focus on corporate and commercial restructurings and loan workouts, including chapter 11 cases, bankruptcy litigation, and other insolvency-related matters, including the exercise of lender remedies in state and federal courts, and drafting loan and security documents in connection with distressed transactions. Candidates should be capable of handling and running multiple matters at once, and should be able to work in a team. $260,000 - $365,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith’s pay range for this position.
