Type of Experience: Recognized as a “Litigation Powerhouse” by Law360, King & Spalding seeks a commercial litigation associate to support its growing litigation and trial practices in Miami. The associate will be an integral member of the firm’s industry leading Business Litigation practice group, which handles a wide range of high-stakes litigation matters for corporate clients. We operate as a collaborative team focused on exceptional client service and associate development. Qualified candidates will have outstanding academic credentials, strong advocacy skills, disputes experience at a large law firm, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Candidates with federal clerkship experience, or who are currently completing a federal clerkship* (2024-2025 term), are encouraged to apply directly. Local bar admission also required.
