Job Description The associate will draft and review agreements, coordinate incorporation and dissolution filings, negotiate commercial office and store leases, and conduct research. The associate will also assist in complex transactional deals, including mergers, acquisitions, financings, and restructurings. Qualifications Must be a member of the New York Bar with 2+ years of transactional experience. Applicants should have a strong interest in a transactional practice with experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional agreements. Applicants should have superior law school performance, and must be attentive to detail, learn quickly and be willing to assist on multiple projects and transactions. Applicants should have excellent analytic, strategic thinking, writing, and interpersonal skills. Experience in intellectual property matters is a plus.
