The Work Provide advice on a broad portfolio of asset management work, managing your own matters as part of our client teams at a level suitable to your experience. Work on sales, purchases and financings with appropriate supervision and training and often as part of a team. Draft and negotiate documents to ensure they meet client requirements. Provide advice to clients to ensure that their interests are protected and that all relevant laws and regulations are adhered to at all times. Be part of key client teams working with colleagues based in other BCLP offices. Begin to develop client relationships, with clients ranging from private equity funds, property companies and our annuity clients such as the Crown Estate, Aviva Investors and Great Portland Estates Skills and experience A minimum of 1PQE Solid transactional real estate experience Analytical and drafting skills Flexibility and adaptability, supporting cases across a broad range of legal issues Commercial focus with a knowledge of key areas of the law and able to provide clear, concise, practical advice An ability to manage your time effectively
