The law firm of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, P.C. is actively seeking either an Associate or an Of Counsel to become an integral part of our Business Litigation Department. We are open to candidates with 2-10 years of experience in complex commercial litigation. While candidates have the option to work from any of our offices, remote-working applicants are also welcome, provided they have a demonstrable track record. A federal clerkship background will be given strong preference. We are particularly interested in applicants who have distinguished themselves academically and possess superior writing and analytical capabilities. Experience in Electronic Discovery and federal court writing is highly desirable. This role offers the opportunity for meaningful involvement in ongoing litigation cases on a national scale. A valid law license is mandatory for this position. We value associates who are not only intellectually gifted but also demonstrate sound judgment and meticulous attention to detail.
