Lauderdale office practicing Third Party Insurance Coverage, including bad faith and extra-contractual defense on behalf of insurance companies. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years’ relevant legal experience, Florida licensed, with experience writing coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, responding to Florida Civil Remedy Notices, and excellent research and writing skills.
