Hahn Loeser seeks an experienced attorney with 4-7 years of demonstrated and focused trusts and estates experience to join its exceptional Trusts & Estates group in the Naples office. Our widely recognized team is known for handling complex estate plans, trust and estate administrations, and business succession plans customized to meet the needs of our clients across the U.S. Experience in estate planning document drafting as well as preparing, drafting, and reviewing estate tax returns, gift tax returns, and trust income tax returns is preferred. An LL.M. in Taxation is strongly preferred, but the lack of an LL.M. can be substituted with the right depth of experience. This attorney will work as part of a team of senior and junior attorneys in estate planning, tax planning, and probate and trust administration matters, and should be comfortable with working with attorneys and paralegals across offices when needed. The ideal attorney will have excellent research (including tax research) and writing skills, demonstrated experience working with complex, high-net worth clients, and a commitment to client service. The attorney must have excellent technical skills in estate and trust planning, strong communication skills, and a high level of initiative and attention to detail.
