Candidates may sit in any of our U.S. offices. Candidate must have experience with developing privacy compliance programs for key privacy laws such as CCPA, VCDPA, GLBA, COPPA and HIPAA. Familiarity with biometric privacy, data protection for autonomous systems, cross-border transactions, data protection due diligence, and other national security/surveillance issues is a plus, but not required. We are seeking a high-energy person who wants to work in this fast paced, fast growing, and transnational practice. Outstanding academic credentials and BigLaw experience preferred.
