Job Description: Cooley LLP has an opportunity available for an associate to work with the employment and labor practice group in our Boston office. Our ideal candidate will have four to six years of broad experience and sophistication in the area of employment counselling, especially as it pertains to statutory and regulatory expertise, executive employment and separation agreements, and employment dimensions of M&A transactions plus some litigation experience. Qualified candidates should have strong academic credentials and communication skills. EOE. The expected annual pay range for this position is $310,000 - $390,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
