The attorney should have broad corporate experience with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance and structuring, and commercial contracts. Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required. The practice group provide comprehensive legal services backed by decades of experience.
