Our team provides comprehensive and strategic legal counsel on the full range of bankruptcy and financial matters, including bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, corporate restructuring, creditor representation and Section 363 sales. The ideal candidate will have the ability to independently manage all phases of bankruptcy litigation with minimal supervision. Qualified applicants will possess exceptional research, writing, analytical and communication skills. Bar admission in the state in which the attorney is practicing is required.
