Lowenstein Sandler is seeking a Capital Markets & Securities Associate to join our Transactions & Advisory Group in our New York City or Roseland, NJ office. The candidate should have 3 - 5 years of corporate transactional experience with focused expertise in public securities offerings and SEC compliance, debt and Rule 144A issuances, and structured preferred stock and convertible notes transactions. Life sciences/biotech, SPAC and/or high yield debt experience is a plus. The expected salary range for candidates meeting the requirements of this position in class years 2021 through 2019 is $260,000 to $365,000. The actual pay will be at Lowenstein Sandler’s sole discretion, and determined by factors including but not limited to geographic location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
