Associate - Capital Markets department

Linklaters is looking for a motivated newly qualified lawyer to join the Milan office in the position of Associate for the Structured Finance Group. Recognised as one of the most sophisticated teams in the country, our Capital Markets Team provides advice to major Italian and international investment banks and issuers in connection with MTN programmes, high yield offerings, liability management transactions and on the Capital Markets aspects of complex restructuring transactions. The Associate will work in the Structured Finance Group, which is part of the Capital Markets practice of the firm. SFG deals in innovative and complex financial transactions, focusing on securitisations, NPLs, covered bonds, project bonds and secured corporate debt. The applicant must have the desire to work within an international environment of excellence, where he/she will have the opportunity to collaborate in the most interesting deals with the highest calibre of lawyers. As part of a global and large practice, teamwork is vital and you will often work alongside with colleagues in our overseas offices.
