New York Haynes Boone is seeking a senior associate with at least five years of real estate litigation experience to join our New York Office. The ideal candidate will have extensive commercial real estate litigation experience, including preparation of pleadings and dispositive motions, drafting injunction papers, e-discovery, discovery disputes, as well as taking and defending depositions. The ideal candidate also will have extensive experience litigating in state and federal courts (New York and/or New Jersey preferred). Candidates should have New York and/or New Jersey bar (candidate who do not have the New Jersey bar must be willing to waive into the New Jersey bar). Candidate should have strong academic credentials, excellent writing and research skills, and should enjoy working with others in a team-oriented setting. The starting base salary for this New York position is expected to be between $365,000 to $435,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
