Cohen Seglias has an opening for a Business Transaction Real Estate associate or senior associate. Candidates must be licensed in Delaware or Pennsylvania with demonstrated experience in large commercial real estate transactions. Candidates not licensed in Delaware are strongly encouraged to sit for the next Delaware bar exam. In addition to strong academic credentials, candidates must have 3 – 5 years of commercial real estate experience, including drafting and negotiating complex transactional documents related to the acquisition, disposition, and development of real property, joint ventures, and leasing. Candidates shall have hands-on experience running transactions from start to closing and significant client contact and interaction. Experience with title insurance is a plus.
