The ideal candidate will possess an advanced degree in chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, medicinal chemistry, or a related field. Candidates must have three to five years of chemical or biotech prosecution, PTAB post-grant proceedings, and/or opinion experience. Must be registered to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office and an advanced degree is strongly preferred.
