We currently have an opportunity available for a Senior Associate to join our Real Estate practice in Brisbane. Our Real Estate practice is looking for a Senior Associate who is keen to take their career to the next level, advising on exciting and complex transactions for major owners and developers, investment funds, fund managers, Airports and Hotel owners. This work includes capital transactions, complex leasing, development projects, project management, and transaction structuring. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Real Estate practice and further develop your legal and commercial skills. What does the role involve? You will be a key resource for the team and on a day to day basis you will have the chance to act on and support: Capital transactions involving acquisitions and disposals of development sites and built form commercial, industrial and retail assets Major property developments and projects Complex leasing negotiations, including build-to-spec agreements for lease and asset repositioning projects Cross-border transactions including with global clients The group’s business development activities. A high level of client service is expected as are excellent organisation, written and oral communication skills.
