Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting a finance associate to join the Corporate practice group in any of the following offices: New York; Florham Park, NJ; Philadelphia, Washington D.C.; Indianapolis; Fort Wayne; Chicago; Minneapolis; Denver. *Candidates must list the office in which they wish to be considered for in the requested cover letter. We are seeking candidates with four to six years of experience in corporate finance and/or working with financial institutions and borrowers in commercial finance transactions, including loan originations and real estate financings would be preferred. The candidate must have experience drafting loan, security, intercreditor and related documents, advising on covenant compliance, leading due diligence teams, managing specialists, and drafting documents. The successful candidate also will have excellent writing skills, superior academics, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision. Faegre Drinker’s Corporate Practice Group provides a full range of services to public and private companies, private equity funds and financial institutions. This is a hybrid position which generally calls for 2 days in the office. The anticipated initial annual salary range for someone who is hired into this position is $180,000 – $305,000. Actual initial salary may be above or below the above-identified range and will be based on the relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, including the location of where the position is filled and consistent with applicable law. The initial salary range listed above is just one component of Faegre Drinker’s total compensation and benefits package for attorneys, which includes, but is not limited to, productivity and discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.
