Labor & Employment Associate or Senior Counsel

The Labor & Employment Group of Locke Lord is seeking an associate or senior counsel in the Houston ‎office ‎with two or more years’ experience. The candidate must be admitted to the bar in Texas or preparing to ‎obtain such admission in 2024 through reciprocity with another state, have excellent academic ‎credentials, and have spent the majority of their career to date in the area of ‎employment law. This position will provide opportunities for meaningful responsibility for ‎employment-related counseling, ‎transactional drafting, and litigation matters (single plaintiff and collective/class actions), ‎including issues involving hiring and separation, wage and hour, EEO, non-compete and trade secrets, employment policies and agreements, due diligence for corporate transactions, employee ‎accommodation and leave issues, investigations, public accommodation access for persons with disabilities, OSHA, and any other employment ‎law issues.
