Reporting to the Public and Special Education Partner in various practice areas including public municipalities, special education, litigation, and labor & employment law. This role will be responsible to provide professional legal counsel and representation for municipalities, Board of Education, Superintendent, staff on school matters, corporations, and private businesses. Arbitrate labor disputes and defend civil Research and prepare formal and informal memoranda on education and municipal issues, pleadings, trial and appellate briefs, resolutions, legal and general correspondence for the signature of the Superintendent, or other administrators in the District. 1-3 years’ legal experience as an attorney Lockstep salary range $80,000 – $90,000
