Our Corporate practice group is seeking an attorney with three to five years of corporate, real estate, or transactional experience. Delfino Madden’s Corporate practice group provides outside general counsel services for nonprofit organizations and for-profit companies, and also acts as transaction counsel in all types of real estate, financing and joint venture transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Strong research and document drafting skills required. J.D. from an accredited law school and current good standing with the California State Bar required. The salary for this position depends on experience and skills. The salary range for a 3-5 year corporate associate attorney is $175,000-$190,500.
