Amundsen Davis seeks a litigation associate to join the Firm’s Chicago office. Ideal candidates will have a year of prior litigation experience, but recent law school graduates will be considered. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Illinois. General responsibilities include representing clients in all phases of litigation including performing all aspects of oral and written discovery; conducting fact investigation/development and legal research; drafting pleadings, memoranda of law, client reports, and affidavits; and engaging in active motion practice. Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well on a team are required. Please submit a cover letter, resume, and 2 writing samples.
