Responsibilities and practice Dentons US LLP is seeking a mid-level associate to join our sophisticated Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice’s insurance coverage team. Candidates should have 4-6 years of litigation experience, with an emphasis on insurance coverage litigation experience, and excellent academic credentials. Our associates work collaboratively with our partners and clients and are key members of our team. Expected responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Drafting complex case evaluations, drafting pleadings, motions and other litigation documents Working on all aspects of litigation from inception through trial and appeal where relevant Conducting, propounding and responding to discovery (documents, written discovery, depositions) Working with clients, witnesses, experts and other counsel Analyzing insurance coverage and extra-contractual disputes, including drafting coverage opinions or other coverage analyses This is a great opportunity to work with dedicated lawyers who are passionate about their work, all while enjoying the benefits of an international law firm.
