Part of that training involves early and frequent work directly with clients in a diverse transactional practice. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: At least 3-6 years of experience with one or more of the following: acquisitions/dispositions, finance, leasing and joint ventures Experience with health care and/or negotiating construction agreements is a plus The ability to work with other team members and clients and take ownership of projects Excellent verbal, interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills Strong attention to detail, high level of organization, and ability to manage multiple projects Be admitted to the State Bar of California Resume, cover letter, and law school transcript are required to apply. The annual salary range for this position is $260,000 - 435,000.
