Description
Levenfeld Pearlstein (LP) is currently seeking attorneys with 3+ years of mergers and acquisitions experience to join its thriving, growing, highly collaborative and nationally recognized Insurance Brokerage M&A team, which is part of the Corporate Practice Group. Candidates should have experience with sophisticated M&A transactions in the insurance brokerage industry. We are looking for someone who is bright, eager to continue to learn and develop new skills and who is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial approach to practicing law. Candidates must have strong writing and communication skills and be able to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced environment. LP has one of the nation’s most active practices that focuses on insurance brokerage transactions, including traditional M&A (both buy-side and sell-side), capital raises, and internal perpetuation. Our clients in the industry include private equity-backed national insurance agencies, along with regional and specialty insurance agencies. We also maintain close relationships with leading insurance brokerage M&A intermediaries and are regularly engaged to serve as sell-side M&A counsel to insurance agencies and their owners. Relying on our deep industry knowledge and understanding of market terms, our lawyers have closed more than 500 insurance brokerage transactions. At LP, lateral hires can expect to work on substantive matters and directly contribute to the exceptional service our clients expect. Attorneys who are eager to learn, have a strong work ethic, a growth mindset, enjoy working with a team, and approach practicing law with an entrepreneurial spirit will find success at LP. Levenfeld Pearlstein, LLC provides equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees in a harassment-free environment without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, alienage, or veteran status.
