This position also provides material support for OneTech technology transactions worldwide from a US law perspective. The active patent portfolio is sizeable, with hundreds of global patents focused on polymers and renewables. Responsibilities: Intellectual Property Activities: <ul> <li> Act as Initial Point of Contact for Intellectual Property function on behalf of TEAS Legal.</li> <li> Act as primary legal counsel for with respect to intellectual property matters in the United States, including litigation and transactional matters.</li> <li> Act as primary legal counsel for the TotalEnergies US affiliate managing and directing global patent portfolios.</li> <li> Work closely with lead business counsel for cross-branch and cross-function activities related to Job Dimensions, including:</li> </ul> <ul> <li> Coordinate with business lawyers for all US affiliates, including design and implementation of standard templates documents.</li> <li> Cross-branch counsel on matters relating to intellectual property law, including patent, trade secrets, and copyright.</li> </ul> <ul> <li> Manage outside counsel and other vendors related to the above matters.</li> </ul> Legal Function Activities: <ul> <li> Develop and implement legal training for Company employees (senior executives, senior managers, managers, and supervisors), on topics relevant to this function.</li> <li> Maintain commitment to the company's stated Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) goals and participate in initiatives and training, adherence to the company's compliance program, its Code of Conduct, and applicable laws.</li> </ul> Contexte et environnement About TotalEnergies TotalEnergies is a major energy company, which produces and markets fuels, natural gas and low-carbon electricity.
