You have a business-oriented, practical, approach that recognizes that your ultimate goal is to enable the company to succeed.

<ul>

<li> Partnering with the Commercial team to draft, negotiate and close enterprise agreements</li>
<li> Partnering with teams throughout the organization to review, negotiate and close vendor agreements</li>
<li> Partnering with teams throughout the organization to review, negotiate and close other agreements, e.g., NDAs</li>
<li> Preparing and updating standard agreements</li>
<li> Improving the Legal team and supporting your Legal team members</li>
</ul>

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Who You Are:</b></h3>
<ul>
<ul>
<li> 3+ years of experience at a combination of a top-tier law firm and emerging growth companies (experience in/with healthcare is a plus)</li>
<li> You are a creative problem-solver, comfortable with ambiguity, complexity, and nuance</li>
<li> You have excellent legal and business judgment</li>
<li> You have the ability to translate complex legal issues and risks into understandable concepts the team can execute on</li>
<li> You take your work, but not yourself, seriously</li>
<li> You are eager to keep growing and learning</li>
<li> You love working as part of a team</li>
<li> You have a JD from a top-tier law school</li>
