Litigation Associate

The Columbus office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP seeks a Litigation Associate with two to five (2-5) years of complex litigation and product liability experience, preferably with an emphasis on defending pharmaceutical, medical device, or consumer health or consumer facing products and companies. Attorneys should have experience in all phases of litigation, including discovery, eDiscovery, depositions, motion drafting, hearings, as well as trial or trial preparation. Candidates should also demonstrate outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills as well as strong academic credentials. The ideal candidate will also be highly motivated to be part of an active trial practice, demonstrate initiative, an ability to assume responsibility for client matters, as well as the interpersonal skills to work well as part of a large, collaborative team.
