Baker Botts L.L.P. is seeking a Tax Senior Associate with 5 to 7 years of experience at an Am Law 100 or Am Law 200 firm. This position will be based in our San Francisco office.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience advising on corporate international tax planning and cross-border structuring, including the design, implementation, and post-implementation of complex acquisitions, business combinations, restructurings, global expansions, and fund structures. Additional experience with M&A transactions is a plus. The successful candidate will be highly technical yet able to integrate tax considerations within broader business and transactional structures, collaborating closely with other groups and clients on sophisticated, high-profile matters.
Candidates should possess a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and be ready to join a highly collaborative practice group.
For positions based in the San Francisco office of Baker Botts L.L.P., the salary range is $365,000 to $420,000 and depends on a candidate’s experience.
