DLA Piper’s Corporate Melbourne practice is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Associate (ideally with 5 – 7 years’ experience) with experience and interest to grow their career specifically in the renewable energy sector. Your role will involve working closely with the team on a broad range of M&A transactions, advising both local and international clients predominantly from the renewable energy sector where DLA Piper is a trusted advisor. Our clients benefit from a valuable combination of global insight and local knowledge that allows us to advise on all legal aspects of their key strategic opportunities or threat. You will be central to this offering, helping to win new clients by drawing on DLA Piper’s global expertise and building a trusted advisor relationship around it. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior Partners, particularly Chris Mitchell on a diverse range of corporate matters and clients across M&A and Projects both locally and internationally.
